The library of the Universiteit an Amsterdam has it - I could conceivably manage to get it through interlibrary loans and make a copy. It's only 66 pages, however. The full title is: Das chinesischen Pidgin-English : ein bilinguales Pidgin im Spannungsfeld von Superstrat, Substrat und eigener Kreativitaet. However, I think you might try contact Walter Bisang himself - he's available at: bisang@mzdmza.zdv.uni-mainz.de. Perhaps he has a real copy left, or some other interesting pointers.
