The library of the Universiteit an Amsterdam has it - I could conceivably
manage to get it through interlibrary loans and make a copy. It's only
66 pages, however. The full title is:
Das chinesischen Pidgin-English : ein bilinguales Pidgin im
Spannungsfeld von Superstrat, Substrat und eigener Kreativitaet.
However, I think you might try contact Walter Bisang himself - he's
available at: bisang@mzdmza.zdv.uni-mainz.de. Perhaps he has a real
copy left, or some other interesting pointers.
