Particular texts in, or about, one's conlang are copyrightable and indeed
copyrighted as soon as they are recorded in any medium. But the language
itself is almost certainly not an object of intellectual property -- you
cannot under the law prevent people from writing texts in your conlang,
for example, still less from using for conversation, no matter how
awful you think the texts or conversations may be.
