Then what if Sally chooses to call Teonaht a work of art - an ongoing
installation work, if you like.
The point is that nobody should profit from Sally's work (except Sally, of
course) without paying her royalties from the generated profit. Given the
popularity of sf/fantasy books, games, films, websites etc, this is not as
far fetched as it seems.
