Webring-tests

This is an update on the 'webring free of yahoo & co.' project.

Well, it is a little delayed but now the most vital things seem
to be working... clicking next, previous etc.

The 'test-ring' is at

When all the movement-stuff is fixed, I'll start working on a
script to handle the administrative tasks, members, traffic-
analysis, queue etc. etc.

If there's any feature you'd like to see included, or any bugs to
report, now is the time to speak up or forever remain silent... >;)
