"Stative" and "dynamic" are aspects of verbs.
Not in the conventional sense of the word their not. Together with telicity
and durativity, what you are talking about is "aktionsart" this is
sometimes called lexical aspect. The important thing is it is a semantic
not a grammatical class in English, although it is grammaticalised in other
languages, grammaticalised aktionsart provides great scope for invented
languages.
