It's a feature of my and Balazs's mailer program (we use the same system as I
recognize the domain :). It's intended to write in iso-8859-2 because Hungarian
uses accents not existing in other character sets. It's a good feature when
wrinting in Hungarian but not when it comes to writing exotic or western
characters (I still can't make grave accented vowels although that should be
the right spelling of LW :((((((((
