I don't see how to upload folders, given that they use the browse function. I
guess your idea of using multiple sites is the only other way besides renaming.

If I may clarify: You can edit the HTML on pages created with the Google Page
Creator. For uploaded files, you have to go back and edit your offline copy,
then upload again, which you'd have to do if they used FTP.
