I'd stay you should still say your province name. If I were to hear "BC" as
a place, I'd probably guess Baja California first, as it is abbreviated BC
in Mexico. If you said I was wrong, I probably could come up with British
Columbia, but it's not certain. And that's from someone who lives within a
thousand miles or so of both and has visited both. Imagine if some Russian
or Australian looks at the page and sees "BC"...
