I should re-emphasize that this list of cases and all descriptions of them
(except for a few corrections that I couldn't help adding) are actually a
creation of David Peterson's. Credit where credit is due...though I did get
a bit of a pinky cramp from hitting Backspace so many times while preparing
this. :)
