Welsh "glas" = English "teal"? (was Re: OT-ish:Conlang Census)

Sounds a bit to me like the color Windows calls "teal". Low-saturation,
low-brightness, bluish green. maybe 16%, 33%, 50% RGB? Probably a little
greener and darker than that, maybe?
