The Saweli word is "qixlas" - electricity, where "qi-" is a classifier meaning 'non-living energy (mass noun)', "xla" is a modifier meaning 'electric(ity), shock', and the final "s" means 'closed noun'. There is no connection with Greek at all. stevo </HTML>
