(/K/ merges into /T/, and then...)
/T/ > /s_a_qp\)/
/D/ > /z_a_qp\)/

I.e., _whistled sibilants_.  w00t!  ;-)

As of now, the language is named [s_a_qp\)@~p_>@Tona] .
For those of you who can handle unicode: "śə̃ṗəṯona"
(later [T] develops from fricativization of /t/)
