In my case not exactly
Lisanek: the word for language is hlanes, though probably related
Lisando: (provinsional name)
Lisantre: (provinsional name)
Ladein/Roma"nce: a romance conlang
But extrafictionally the first three come from
lisan<arabic "tongue,language" and ek,do,tre<Farsi(1,2,3)
