That appears to be "äëïöü, áéíóúý, àèìòù, âêîôû, ãõ, æœ, å, çšßþð "
(Though the a-grave got mangled due to its containing character A0, as
it will, I presume, in this message as well.)
NB s-caron and oe-lig are in Win-1252 but *not* in Latin-1.
