Whenever my chicago friends justify pop by saying "well, soda is clear and
flavorless" i tell them, we'd just ask for soda water here ;). And i also
tell them: "Pop is a sound, or an action, not a drink!". Also seeing pop
written just reminds me of the harshest Minnesota accent I can think of.
