This is just a guess, but are the Presbyterian Church and UCC in
intercommunion with Pastor sharing? I seem to recall from my days
as a Lutheran Deacon that such an arrangement existed, especially to
help out small or rural congregations when there was a pastor
shortage. I could be completely off-base, though. :)
