NATLANG: phonotactics request (not YAPT!)

Dear list linguists,
I'd be interested to know where, if at all, I can get hold of a fairly
comprehensive account of the phonotactics of (preferably British) English,
with a view to creating pseudowords which obey those rules. Or is there
sufficient theoretical debate that it's impossible to write down a
theory-neutral set of basics?
thanks,
Jonathan.
ObConlang: I am still conlanging. Honest. :) And maybe I'll actually come
up with some decent phonotactics for T4 at last if I get through this.
