I have a friend who grew up speaking Czech and English.  After he jumped the
Berlin wall and came to the US he didn't speak Czech for about 15 years.
Then his father visited him here in the states.  After the visit he said he
wished his father would learn English because trying to remember Czech made
his head ache, and trying to pronounce Czech made his mouth ache.
