Maltese web page

Due to a recent computer crash, and a prior burglary in which I lost
English Windows, I am now running Japanese Windows exclusively on my PC.

What does this have to do with Maltese?

Netscape has a very obscure bug under Japanese Windows. It is totally
incapable of displaying the barred H character, and will crash if it
encounters a page with that character.

Because I can no longer test my Maltese pages in two browsers, I will no
longer continue work on it. If anyone wants a copy of my notes, please
Email me, and i will send everything I have.
