Why not? Especially if they're very similar in appearance? Humans
certainly have a very wide range of sexual behaviors. I see no reason
to suppose there might not be some who would be interested in elves.

For that matter, elves could be quite appealing on several accounts - no
need to worry about pregnancy, quite possibly STD's would be different
in the two species, so no need to worry about those. Sex without
consequences! ;-)
