Not inevitably, particularly if the RI-interested form themselves into a
proper working group.
I do not want to get rid of existing gh after vowels, as in classical
RI it does not affect pronunciation at all (aigh=ai, ough=ou, etc.)
What I would like to dispose of is aa and dh, in favor of a and th.
