"Which refers to something yet to come". Cataphoric pronouns refer to something which has not yet been introduced in the conversation. Anaphoric pronouns, on the other hand, refer to something that has already been introduced in the conversation. In English, like I think in a majority of languages, reference pronouns are both cataphoric and anaphoric. I don't know of any language that separate cataphore and anaphore with different forms (at least not mandatorily), but I wouldn't be surprised if it existed somewhere :)) .
