OT: TECH: Outlook Express problem

Outlook Express just pulled quite a prank. I sent an e-mail to the list, and
checked to make sure it was sent - but it wasn't. Not at the archives, nor
in the Sent Items folder. That was about twenty minutes ago. Then I
restarted the computer, and there were the two messages I had sent (after
realizing (incorrectly) the first message wasn't sent, I didn't feel like
re-writing the first e-mail so wrote the second...).
Now I can see why people hate "Micro$oft"...
