I for one will henceforth make sure my conlangs are
explicitly subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-
Noncommercial-Share Alike licence

Commercial part is important to me: I don't object to others
using/having fun/getting smarter/improving their
intellectual life with my conlangs, but I would object if
someone else made money off them -- especially of course if
I didn't get a share!
