Okay, mystery no longer (kai the Unicode list). G WITH ACUTE is used as an alternative transliteration of D Z WITH CARON in Serbo-Croatian. It's also used to transliterate CYRILLIC LETTER DZHE in Macedonian. -- John Cowan cowan@ccil.org I am a member of a civilization. --David Brin
