i'm not sure about complex scripts, but i know both of them are available
in cygwin (www.cygwin.org, IIRC)

well, cygwin is nice... not as good as a real linux system, but it has vi
(the best text editor ever) and lynx (the best web browser ever), in
addition to all sorts of nifty things like figlet, tr, less, cat, dd,
gcc, openssh... i don't like emacs (E--- in my geek code) so i haven't
installed it in cygwin, i do have it installed in debian, but i've only
used it twice...
btw, does anyone know of any fairly complete unicode figlet fonts? if
not, would anyone be interested in helping make one?
