Responding to the main content, I'd be in favor of such a publication,
and would certainly purchase a copy, and, if applicable, contribute
(e.g., if I gave a talk at the proposed conlang symposium, I could
make a paper version).
Anyway, if encouragement was all you needed, I hereby encourage
