Then you must revise the calibration of your monitor, because
the colour at the right extreme is RGB {255,255,206}={FF,FF,CE},
that is, the encoding *is* without the slightest doubt that of
a pale pure yellow and as such should appear on any properly
calibrated monitor. It clearly appears as such on mine, so mine
is presumably not the one that needs calibration. The colour
at the left extreme is RGB {156,206,206}={9C,CE,CE}, a pale
cyan blue.
