. I guess they would travel, although not as a migration (that's the whole idea of having Judea not getting wiped off the map). I can see a lot of travel between the Môledet [mowlEzEs] ("Homeland") and the Diasporan communities, especially North Africa and Europe during the Middle Ages, and Zêpará (Sephardic North America) after in post-Columbian times. The only issue is that when traveling in the diaspora, Judeans would be more prone to speak in Hebrew (the Universal Jewish Language) to communicate with a wider range of Diasporans instead of speaking a regional language like Judean, Khazarian, Ladino, Judeo-Arabic or Yiddish. I haven't settled on their lexicon, either. :-b The Judean *language* is in hibernation now, since i confused myself completely just trying to figure out the relative sound-changes for verb conjugation. -Stephen (Steg) "while the conlang's away, the concultures play."
