What???? She actually said that? Most speakers of
glossolalia are black women? Where did she get that?
I've know hundreds of speakers of glossolalia, maybe
thousands, and certaily there are many black women
among the speakers I have know, but they are by no
means a majority of the speakers I have know. I've
know speakers of every race and gender combination
imaginable from dozens upon dozens of countries. I
would have to say that this is just one more point
upon which she is either sadly misinformed, willfully
ignorant or trying to use some pre-existing prejudice
to her advantage. I remember checking that book out
yeeeeeaaars ago, but I don't remember reading more
than a couple of chapters before I threw the on the
return pile in disgust.
