I seem to want to read those as:
dog TOPIC; man jumps-over (COMMENT)
man TOPIC; dog jumps-over (COMMENT)
PATIENT; AGENT jumps-over
which would be OSV
Maybe that's just because my uncle dropped me on my head when I was two.
