The book is back in print in both the U.S. and the U.K. Comparison
shopping at amazon.com and amazon.co.uk shows that the former
wants USD 25 + 4 for 2-week shipping to the U.S., whereas the latter
will settle for GBP 5 + 5, which is about USD 16.80 at present.
There are serious arbitrage opportunities here!
