The Secret Vice

I have finally found a copy of "The Secret Vice" at a library.  I
OCR'ed it into a text file (not including the notes) for my own
reference.

It's too bad it's such a pain to get ahold of a text so seminal to
conlanging.

It would probably be evil and illegal of me to send it to the list or
post it on a web page somewhere.

But if anybody would like a copy and will swear on a stack of sacred
texts that they will obtain it by legitimate means (a library or
purchasing it) as soon as they have a reasonable opportunity to do so,
I'd be happy to send my copy of the file along as a "preview."
