So the only  online form of the FAQ is on the archive site?  At a
minimum perhaps someone should save the pages from the archive site, and
then host true copies of them elsewhere.  Which could then be updated by
the list members, and if someone does managed to contact Jack Durst,
whatever additional pages (or more current ones) could be added as well.

(If hosting space is needed, I can probably provide (as long as it's not
many megs in size or something))

Fantastic! There is quite a lot of great stuff on this archive. Now if only the other half of it were put up! Eli
