For downloadable bilingual dictionaries, http://www.freedict.de is a decent
resource; http://www.unicode.org/charts/unihan.html has a large amount
of information about CJK ideographs (including readings), but the
downloaded file is clumsy - also, it contains some information about
some 70,000 ideographs, which is overkill for most purposes.
