Yes it is; but the number following "ben" is a cardinal number.
For numbers over 19, the ordinal use is signalled by prefixing
ha- (= the) to the otherwise cardinal number.
For example, "the 35th year" would be
ha-shana ha-sh'loshim ve hhamesh.
(= the-year the-thirty and five)
