I'm afraid no authoritative grammar of Middle Irish is available. The
sole one is Dottin, Manuel d'irlandais moyen, but it's terribly
outdated, and it wasn't really good back in 1914. Middle Irish phonetics
is dealt with in some detail in Greene, Synthetic and analytic // Ériu,
Vol. 24 (1973) and O'Rahilly, Irish dialects, past and present. Dublin,
1932.
