Well, not fluently, but since everyone in Sweden takes English from age 10
and almost every movie, TV-programme (we don't dub them as in e.g. Germany
and France) and all the tunes you hear on the radio
is in English, I think it's pretty safe to say that Swedish people get by
quite well. (Then there's the question about vocabulary and accent, but
that's another story ;)
