Just a quick message to introduce myself to the group.

My name is Rik and I have been interested in constructed languages for
more years than I care to admit to...

Naturally, I have my own language - Gevey (for those who are
interested, there is a grammar and the start of a teach yourself
course at http://homepages.enterprise.net/rikroots/gevey/indexd.html )

I've been reading the postings for a few weeks now, and I am itching
to contribute - though my knowledge of linguistics is purely amateur -
but I thought it would be good manners to introduce myself first.
