In most dialects. (G"/, voiced uvular fricative, is also another gap,
altho certainly not an *unusual* gap. There are some that have changed
/q/ to /g/ via /G"/, making the stops less asymmetrical. Some dialects
also have /p/ from borrowing. I don't know if there's any dialects with
both /g/ and /p/, tho.
