phonological breakthrough

I have finally been able to puzzle out at least some fragments of a short
message in one of the conlangs of my conworld.

"Word" Approximate meaning
/&pkr-/ death in due (or the correct) time
/k&si:/ message
/tSi-@d/ the property of staying together
/sEtSi:/ the order of things
/sEst/ disorder, distress
/glks/ changing the medium of a message
/aIj@fu/ a fast messenger
/Imks/ initiating (preparing?) a defense
/lIks/ a delayed message (or slow messenger)
/nEbi:/ information
/nop@/ means of inflicting damage or destruction
/anpr-/ poison, treason, betrayal
/prf/ preparation
/refu/ understanding, comprehension, hearing
/trsk/ regulation of information flow

Unfortunately, I've yet to divine the stress on most of the terms that
had more than one syllable. Likewise, the grammatical issues still need
to be sorted out (some of these terms may actually be verbs that I've
mis-parsed).
