voice is always the (emotional) top, so "fellator" and "irrumator" are the
active participants in two emotionally different different kinds of
activities, rather than natural counterparts like "buyer" and "seller"."

I love the female equivalents of this: cunnilinctor and cunnilinctrix.
Particularly the latter.
