Ok, I won't start bashing Windows. But I recently converted the CXS
mapping to a format suitable for SCIM, and maybe other Unix/X-based
input methods, and would like to announce it here (although my SCIM
can do X-Sampa out of the box, it cannot do CXS):

The postfix ) modifier (as in /aI)/) is not implemented well, you need
to use the infix _ in cases not explicitly predefined in the table.
