Is that MSKLC for WinXP or for Vista? I only have XP, and AFAIK keyboard
layouts that have been made with the most recent version of MSKLC (for
Vista) don't run under XP, and of course, vice versa >:|
However, I'd only rearrange the codepoints according to the German keyboard
layout where necessary, but I'll leave the mnemonics (e.g. [U] = shift-u etc.)
the same.
