Ah, that was from an old SNL skit, it was a show called "All Things
Scottish" or something like that, "Our slogan is, 'If it's not Scottish,
IT'S CRAP!" (and actually, it's more like [Xr&p] with a uvular
fricative, IIRC, plus, I think "not" was pronounced something like [nO?]
or [na?]
And I also have nothing against Canadians, I should explain that my
brother and I have a sort of in-joke about prejudices.
