Sure, why not? Heck, it might even be interesting to see how not so unaccented speakers articulate...even I don't have German as L1, but I've lived in German speaking lands (mostly Austria) for near 2 years so... Oh, yes, and: if in your dialect you perhaps use a different word or construction (e.g. instead of "Ankunft des Zuges" you'd say "Ankunft von der Zug"), write that word or construction! Just make a note of it... The sentences are: 1. Guten Tag. 2. Wie geht es dir? 3. Was macht dein Junge? 4. 16. Dein Bruder will in eurem Garten eine neue Scheune bauen. Now, my pronunciations: note my incomplete knowledge of SAMPA forces me to use a few of my inventions here: . after a consonant shows devoicing _ after a consonant shows it is syllabic ^ before a symbol shows that it is written in superscript 6 = reduced /a/ $ = alveolar tap M = labiodental nasal (m with lefthook tail) Q = o-slash 1. gu:d.n_ tA:x (Henrik: I might have written this as /ta:x/; /tA:x/ is correct) 2. v^wi ge:dz dI^@ 3. v@z mak d@n juN@ 4.
