3 out of the 5 you've written, practically everyone else differentiates
in writing also. The distinction between think and believe is still
commonly made, although think is certainly gaining in popularity and
driving believe from the more informal registers. Differentiating
between can and may seems to me to be a half way house, with some people
using may and some people always you using can. Myself, I would always
use can, but may seems to me to be used more widely than whom so it
doesn't strike me as so odd when people use it.
