Yeah, I use /aim/ for <I'm> but [Al(:)] for <I'll>, with the */l/ usually being
slightly lengthened in compensation for the lost /i/. I often also say /hIl/ for
<he'll>, /SIl/ for <she'll>, /wIl/ for <we'll>, [DEl(:)] for <they'll>; and also
/rIli/ for <really>. It must be an allegro speech phenomenon or something...
