Lewis Carroll, however, used them in his little-known fantasies
_Sylvie and Bruno_ and _S & B Concluded_, quite consistently:
"ca'n't", "wo'n't", "sha'n't". George Bernard Shaw went to the
other extreme: "cant", "wont", "dont".
