I have [&] in the first and a syllabic rhotic in the last two, which are
perfect rhymes for me. Lots of my fellow-countrymen use [ej] in the
first, though.
When reading "C" language out loud, I seem to be unusual for saying
[tSAR] rather than [kejR] for "char".
